Sunflower Flax Granola.

Preheat oven to 300*F.

Mix Dry:

  1. Five cups of rolled oats.
  2. Two thirds cup of ground flax.
  3. One cup sunflower seed “meats”…
  4. One half cup sliced almonds.
  5. Two teaspoon sea salt.
  6. One teaspoon ground cinnamon.

Mix Wet:

  1. Two thirds cup of all natural applesauce.
  2. Two thirds cup of honey.
  3. Two tablespoons olive oil.

Divide the dry mix into two pans and pour half of the wet mix onto each.

Mix each half by hand.

Spread mix out evenly and put into oven for thirty five minutes.

To ensure even browning, stir it up every ten minutes.
