Lazy Shchi Soup
2 Cups Barley (Or Rice).
1 Medium Onion, Sliced
A Few Cloves Garlic, Minced
A Few Carrots, Sliced
1/2 Head Cabbage
Sea Salt And Pepper
- Prepare the barley (or rice).
- Sauté the onion and garlic in a 6+ quart pot, until brown.
- Fill the pot halfway up with water, add carrots and cabbage.
- Add about 1 1/2 tsps pepper and 1 tbsp sea salt.
- Cook for about 30 minutes, then add the barley (or rice) and enjoy!
