Egg Drop Soup
1 Medium Onion, Sliced
A Few Cloves Garlic, Minced
A Few Carrots, Shredded
1/4 Head Cabbage, Sliced
2 Inch Piece Of Ginger, Minced
2 Tbsp Soy Sauce
2 Tsp Pepper
4-6 Eggs, Beaten
- Sauté the onion and garlic in a 6+ quart pot, until brown.
- Fill the pot halfway up with water and bring to a boil.
- Reduce heat, add carrots, cabbage, ginger, soy sauce, and pepper.
- Cook for about 10 minutes.
- While gently stirring the soup in a circle, slowly pour in the beaten eggs in a steady stream.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste. Enjoy!
