Springtime Cabbage Soup
Sauté one diced onion.
Add a lot of water, like twelve cups.
Add some julienne carrots.
Cut half a cabbage into fourths, slice each segment into thin strips. Add to soup.
Sprinkle in some pepper, a tablespoon of fresh cilantro, a tablespoon of fresh mint, and about two tablespoons of sea salt.
Let everything cook for a little while, over medium heat, until the cabbage looks translucent.
